Clean, efficient, great facilities, had everything we needed, extremely comfortable, perfectly sized and well designed room, fantastic bed, better than expected breakfasts, nice gym & pool, good location, mostly friendly staff. Overall one of the best hotel stays we have had.

Nice space for the breakfast. Glad it was real utensils, not plastic. Cut up fruit would be nice. Be sure a staff member checks more often during peak time to ensure utensils are there and that milk, drinking water, other items have not run out. The fitness room was sparse but gave me what I needed. The room itself was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. It's always nice at a Hyatt Place to have a hangout area separate from the sleep zone.

Cleanliness stood out. This was probably the cleanest place I have stayed at in the past three years. The room size was great too. We were traveling with two young ones and we did not feel cramped at all. The WiFi was also very good (albeit insecure like all other hotels).

Not only was the room clean, but the receptionists were kind and had a good sense of humor. Also, when I lost my room card from another hotel, they were considerate and helped me. Kristen,Arthur...I appreciated it! (BTW,I extended my stay until 1/20.)See you again to April.

The room was very spacious and clean. The person at check-in was very helpful. FYI, if you are staying due to someone in the family having a procedure next door at IU North Carmel, before booking, check for discount through the hospital. I didn't, the clerk said we could have saved at least 10%.

The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in our room. Also very clean! We arrived in the evening, so we also appreciated the bright lights outside the lobby and in the parking lot.

the facility was clean and was very up to date. Access was good and was especially close to the venue we went to.

The breakfast was delish and wonderful to have a hot meal that I didnt have to make myself!
